Joseph McMoneagle was known as "Remote Viewer No. 1" in the US Army's psychic intelligence unit at Fort Meade.
McMoneagle was involved in Remote Viewing experiments conducted by U.S. Army Intelligence and the Stanford Research Institute. He was one of the original officers recruited for the top-secret program now known as the Stargate Project. Along with Ingo Swann, McMoneagle is best known for claims surrounding the investigation of Remote Viewing and the use of paranormal abilities for military intelligence gathering.

All these precognition tests show are that our consciousness has a time lag in registering physical reality. Although it appears that the computer program is going to show a picture in t seconds, in physical reality the program has been designed to show the image in t minus the consciousness time lag. What these experiments show are that our nervous system registers the stimuli before our consciousness does – that is all. (please see Kornhuber's experiment)

joe wrote about this experience and how the television program did not pay close attention to the SRI protocol, and there were things they didnt record that were mistakes on their part.. for example they asked him something too specific, rather than just to find the target, so he drew and described mostly a building right next to the airport and things outside the airport that the man walking around saw, and he was quite taken when he was shown the bits and pieces. PROTOCOL IS EVERYTHING PEOPLE!

to the lincoln tunnel, i dont know what i didnt see that part but there was a lot of rubble and everyone was working together to try to remove all the rubble. I dont know whats wrong with me, if theres even anything wrong at all.

this is no BS. Idk whats going on with me but i had several dreams throughout my life about things that were going to happen, at the time i just thought it was a dream. Strangely enough a lot came true, and im still waiting on the others to accrue. I have no idea when, but i know they will. Another thing is that their all about me, sometimes involving people i know and people i never knew, but im always involved. there is one thing i can tell you that effects everyone.
