@pmryeny Maybe the guy with the shotgun wasn't much of an expert on firearms. Of course, Raylan could also have released the slide forward while no one was looking to make it look like he still had bullets. Al Pacino does the same thing at the end of The Recruit.
-
@stevedapirate5 TV talk. The gun visibly in his hands is a Glock 17. Start the video, pause it, and look at the slide.
But he DOES have a P226 in that episode.

I agree. It makes me wonder if Elmore Leonard saw "Coogan's Bluff" and got the inspiration for the Raylan books from that movie
-
@pmryeny Exactly! I thought that was kinda stupid....but I still love the show.
-
if he fired 17, the slide would have been back.
-
@Whooligan866 why wernt we watching the other hand?

when deadwood first came out i told a buddy of mine that tim olyphant reminds me of a young clint eastwood.watch the movie coogans bluff starring clint and see what i am talking about. it's like justified before justified.

I disagree, Clint is the new Clint.
Even when Clint dies, he'll still be the new Clint.
Clint is able to defy logic like that, because he's Clint fucking Eastwood.
...
But Raylan does come pretty damn close.

When I become a Marshal, Ima borrow that line from him xD

It's a 45 he says so in the episode where he protects Te judge. Season 1. He also Tells the judge that he had a sig 226 when he shot Tommy bucks.
Lol, serious fumble with hat at the end... XD it's okay, we still love him.
