The nurse or doctor should have one hand gently placed on the child's chest, if they have to turn around or move to the side to reach for something.

No fortunately they do not. She was rough indeed. Some
nurses bath and handle newborns like a chicken being
prepared for dinner. I hope anyone who sees their baby
mishandled will speak up immediately!! Good observation!!
