fantastic video ... lovely weather down in Newquay then!! haha
How long does it take to fly down to Newquay. I know driving takes about 7/8 hours, but does flying shave a lot of time off this. Including Check in and getting out of the airport?

You must have been on every Air Southwest Dash8, I'm similar, but with Aer Arann and their ATRs!! Another nice video.

Ryanair have flown from Stansted to Newquay for about 4/5 years now.. on and off. At the moment, due to Ryanair having a pissy fit at the airport operators.. they've suspended flights until the end of March. But they'll be back for the summer.

Yes! The nice weather makes a change now and again!
It takes about 55 minutes to fly to Newquay from Gatwick on this certain aircraft, dependant on whether you fly via Plymouth Airport.. then obviously it takes a bit longer. However on a jet, like when BA did it, it only took about half an hour. Add about an hour either way for checkin. Thanks for the comment.

G-WOWB appears inmy logbook far too often! ;-)
I am a big prop fan & your dash 8 clips arte great. What camera do you use and how do you avoid the cabin crew asking you to 'put it away' on approach? Best Regards Just Props

I usually ask the cabin crew, they don't usually have a problem with it. :)

You must wait till the cabin crew sit down .... .than you can capture the approach and the landing xD

Most flight attendants dont care either way anyway.
