This is just a quick look at one of our clone trucks, it has a lot of compatible parts with the HPI 5T baja. It has many upgrades out of the box. It has the Huge 30.5cc engine, Tuned Race Exhaust Pipe, 2.4 GHz radio, Piggy Back shock caps just to name a few. All of this for only 995.00 Ready To Run at our Golden Colorado based location or online. See more details at RCS Racing's website.

  • Hello,

I am really thinking of getting the KM T1000 and Rovan/clone. Is it worth the money because they are cheaper then HPI Baja. I been watching vids and reviews on KM but I get negative and positive reviews…any thoughts?

  • @samuraicinema

They are good, you just need to be aware that some of these vehicles are sold out of peoples garages for small profit and you wont get a warrantee or tech. help if needed. RCS Racing is a real hobby store with professional advice that stands behind the product and warranties defects or problems. You can contact JD at 303 332 6000 for more info. Thanks

  • Well agree to disagree I guess, but if nothing else, you gotta admit its good to have competition in the market. HPI dont care for it but thats OK

  • I understand there are cheap copies, and I admit there are some out there with the clones. But I dont sell them. Mine are custom made. If I sent you for example a main chassis, you would not know its not HPI. Its just half the price. I have been in r/c for a long time man and I really dig these clones, its not like I am inexperienced. I am not trying to win you over, but truth be told, you would not know my truck was a clone if you saw it.

  • gusy dont think for one second these trucks are as good as an hpi dont forget you get what you pay for do you really think so many people would buy hpi when they could buy this stuff if this shit was good go look at a diff on ebay 60 bucks compared to hpis for 100 the diffrence is there aluminum isnt half as good the plastic isnt as good they have to save money somehow to keep prices down theres no way in hell these trucks even come close to a real hpi not even close

  • @ribbystorm Y

You can have it all for hundreds less than stock HPI trucks, I really dont think you can compare the value, I dont sell junk. If they were truly a bad vehicle then I would just sell HPI, but you cant beat the price and I stand behind their quality, would match them against HPI any day.

  • If I had to guess your probly paying big dollars for the hpi brand. Kinda like a paperd horse vs a non papers horse. Give me the non paperd

  • Junk king motor is better for the money I got all aluminum for 1k

  • HPI or bust...

  • @samuraicinema Thank you for the information! I will check that contact out!

  • @ribbystorm thats cause your a dumbass.

  • i think just shooting for the most expensive is part of our social darwinism. people should only care about functionality. the rovans are so far in the lead for my money as my first 1/5 they look good...king motors newer clone looks decent to. plus you can always upgrade as you go. remember these are ALOT less ..
