well its about allot of things..technique is one..as is speed..as is reflexes (which is different then speed) as is power...as is strength, as is conditioning, as is heart, as is intelligence...as is the physical ability to take a punch, as is the mental ability to take it (though that might just be heart) anyhow, lots of things to go with it

Granted the heavyweight division does suck Klitchco and all. But my father did an amazing job training Oleg. He was on a serious losing streek before my father entered the picture. Under my pops training he won like 6 straight and gained a title. It goes to show, trainers are very important, more important than most people realize. Oleg knows that, that's why he apologized to my pops after the Sam Peters fight.
