In the broken morning
When the streets were weary and bare,
We stood talking about the empty town
And the people who once lived there.
Through a shade of memory
Came a flash of peace of mind
From days before the complex took the land,
When there was more world and time.
We had all the time in the world
To walk down the road and have a story told.
We had all the time in the world,
While the forest grew and the river still was flowin'.
We watched the city wakening
To fill with robot kings and pawns,
Walking round in the shadow of their days;
Broken morning will soon be gone,
And the evening will not be long.
Come the dawning we'll see the sun

Your version is infinitely better than Seatrain's jarringly jazzy treatment here. Even William Shatner himself could not have improved on the reading.

Not too much going on in the way of the bug zoo this year - only a few moths and butterflies - many left-over from previous seasons. Some of these can go 5-7 years but I hope I don't have to wait THAT long! XD Otherwise, I'm nearly done with my stock footage library overhaul, and really need to catch-up on all the footage I've been shooting int he meantime - TONS of new video to process! Please do go take some pics of those bugs and post :-)

Nice scenery and pics - I'd kinda like some seasons here too, but I don't think I'd want super deep snow and thick ice for too many weeks of the year though XD
