They need to remove all the pets from this home. The fact that this woman allowed children to play with a one week old pup is inexcusable, not to mention that she didn't keep an eye on her children. There is no way that the child "accidently" flushed the toilet. Another thing; what kind of sewer system do they have? The city should be the only ones able to access the sewer lines.

What kind of people would wash a _dog_ in a _toilet_... aarggghh, GG with the media attention, the video is all over YouTube. Your puppy shouldn't have to suffer because you can't keep up with your myriad children... GG is all I can say
