  • It's on a true story from where I live :D I have met the guy that bought that zoo

  • @LordAdamW That's so cool!

  • Given how you've given high scores to a lot of films this year, I'd imagine it's gonna be pretty difficult for you to do a top ten best list.

  • @SeeItInIMAX Dude you are so right, this has been a great year and I am literally annoyed with my top 10 list. It's the ONE list I actually do haha

  • Couldnt agree more about this movie! Our reviews better get people in those damn seats!!

  • @TomChatalbash Yeaaaaaaaa brother!

We Bought A Zoo Is Great

    Zookeeper Is Awful

  • @BrontoSmilodon1 Really.... I liked everyone in Georges family. I've had experience with those kind of people. Didn't like his wife though. With people like that you don't have to prove anything do anything or be good at anything you just have to be a descent person. Treat them decently. A lot like foster kids.

  • @IIJG27Rich but I have to disagree with the descendats because all those characters are soooo unlikeable in a story that tries to make you feel for them.

  • @IIJG27Rich hey man it's not just you that felt that way for this movie I thought the same things of this film was trying to do and with me being an animal lover I felt that when the movie trasitioned into the zoo aspect it's like the director was saying "this is some nice human developmen.......oh carp i forgot to make the scenes with the animals in it."

  • I couldn't agree more with everything that you said. It was a beautiful, beautiful film.

  • Have to disagree here. I loved Almost Famous and Say Anything but Cameron Crowe seems to be going down hill, for me anyway. "We Bought A Zoo" forces it's emotions on you like a pretentious ton of bricks. When Damon remembers his wife in those moments by himself and with his kids it's past Disney sappiness. I've seen Disney movies that were harder core than this thing. Want to see real emotions in a stressed out family see "The Descendants"

  • I just saw it and it was awesome! :D

  • Great review :o) i wanna see this!!!

  • Can't say I enjoyed this movie too much. It never went the extra mile that 'Almost Famous' did, and it sticks to a lot of formula that I've seen done before many times.

  • ~Great review Chris~

    ~I'll check it out~
