Final battle for 7th Saga on SNES. My previous uploaded recording of the final battle was half-finished and I did eventually plan on re-doing it.Thats where this video comes in.

I played through the game again with the same setup, Wilme solo. There is only one weapon other than the his default weapon that Wilme can equip. It's called a Sword, which is coincidentally dropped by an enemy called "Sword". He can be found right outside the town of Velenca, and the Sword Weapon is an extremely rare drop. As for level gaining, I didn't want to get Wilme passed level 80 because to reach 81, you need a whopping 4 times the amount of experience it took you to get from level 1 to 80.

In order to kill Gorsia, you need to use the 7 runes in a specific order:
Wizard, Light, Water, Sky, Star, Moon and Wind.

I beat this game a grand total of ONCE EVER. I was Kamil (the blue guy) and just couldn't muster the will up to play through it again. It was brutal in places. The other rivals you fight can wipe the floor with you and then they'll steal your runes.

Isn't the last battle on some isolated island or castle or something? Like they don't give you the option of escape?

Yeah, you can't leave but there isn't much else to do anyway. This game doesn't ave any sidequests or anything like that and the ending is the same no matter which character ya pick.

i don't get it if the runes are soted power of Gorsia how does it effect him>?

Well it has something to do with the time loop in the story. What gives the runes their power in the future is because you use them to seal Gorsia's power in the past.

@DelDuio Consider yourself lucky- most people I knew who played this game never even got to the other world where Gorsia is!

Gorsia took me around 30 minutes to beat when I was in High School, and I was playing as Lux (the robot) at high levels and I was still getting my ass handed to myself at times...When I won, I was like "fuck yeah! now what?"

This whole game was hard. Chasing down other characters and taking their runes, aciidentally walking into battles against monsters that waste your ass in a heartbeat, and then Gorsia in the 2nd world, which will take awhile..And to make things worse, Lux only gets like 2 changes of gloves the entire game!

In the JAP version, gorsia was yellow. I think the north american version works better.

Ahh! So THAT's where that music came from! It was this game! For some reason I had always recalled that particular fighting theme but I had forgotten where I had heard it from.
