And couples that work different jobs should they each be required to buy their own separate plans? (opposed to picking the best plan of the two and one spouse opting to be added to that plan.)

Stupid shit

Right, no negotiating power for Big Business selling people Health Care and playing God with people's lives.
I could care less about them they got us into this mess in the first place with inefficient structure.
-
There will be no negotiating power when the gov't has controls over the industry.......it sets the rules.

I said "either 47 million will get covered or they won't- its a non-partison issue".
The CBO estimate only reviewed the rough draft from the committe anyway and had no way to gauge the cost savings of having a strong public option with real negotiating power.

whoa....you said 47 mil would get covered?
Not under the $800 BILLION plan out now.....CBO said that would only maybe cover 1/3 of that number.
You need some more facts.
"Right, no negotiating power for Big Business selling people Health Care and playing God with people's lives."
So you think these companies should just give what they've INVENTED away?
Or you think the gov't should just be able to come in and take what they want?

Health care is the biggest expense of every citizen during this recession.
So on one hand you have the entire American economy and on the other hand you have rich Execs (who didn't invent shit) worrying about their profits.
You're sitting here on the side of the Execs against your own interests.
We spend more money on healthcare than countries with socialized medicine with less impressive results.
Keep in mind that You Already Pay for people without insurance.

What of those that choose not to buy healthcare?
Should we force them to buy HC plans?

Absolutely. If they get into some kind of accident and go into the emergency room- do you think that will be Free?
No, like I said We Already Pay for people without Insurance- including those who think they're invincible until they end up in emergency on our dime.
If they don't buy insurance because they can't afford it - that is the purpose of Reform because many people can't afford it right now.
