This is a large portion of the simply outstanding one-on-one fight between He-Man and Skeletor from the classic MotU episode "The Arena". It is my favourite one-on-one fight involving any two characters from the He-Man and She-Ra shows.
If you like what you see, I would highly recommend that you get the He-Man DVDs. ;)

Most of the Masters of the Universe characters had the same big muscles simply because it was cheaper for Mattel to reuse the same plastic molds when manufacturing the action figures. And the designs naturally carried over into the cartoon.
