@soucorp People don't actually change in relationaships. They actually, and eventually become themselves. Many people enter a relationship playing a role of someone who they are not,of someone they would like to be,and of someone who initially attracts their partner. But they cannot pretent to be someone they are not for long, and once they start being themselves...ta da! their partner has a reaction. And that reaction is usually the opposite of what it used to be when romance started.

The big reason you did not list is people change in relationships. Once we are not on the same page, it pretty much over, the love and respect dies as the arguements become more frequent. If not for young kids, I would throw in the towel. Women, you cant live with them, you cant live without them!
