Charan Pagan - Holy Diver (tribute to Dio)

I would like it to be known that my intentions were pure and I did not plan to be in this video at all. Then I got a green screen and I was excited to use it. The video became all about ME and my green screen dungeon of doom!

I did my best to remain faithful to the original feel of the song. But I added harmony vocal tracks and some speed picking to make the song a bit more ferocious. I re-created Vivian Campbell's brilliant guitar solo with a little of my own signature. I even mimicked some of Dio's stage antics to create this ridiculous spectacle.

To address the question of why one of the world's worst singers (me) would be compelled to cover a song by one of the world's best singers, I can only respond by quoting Dio: "When the siren calls you go. ...To run with the wolf!" (Run With the Wolf - Rainbow Rising, 1976)
