they play this song on the rob zombie Halloween too when Laurie is walking i think. not quite sure but they do do play it in the beginning. i love this slowed version of the song as well as the fast one. when i hear this one i picture like a very beautiful woman in the 50s on stage with one of those old style mics and shes wearing a beautiful dress

@kentonjkobza I found out about this in a book called cult movies by danny peary. he actually reprinted it from an interview that Carpenter himself gave to a newspaper. Carpenter explained that in the original movie he put in all these subtle scenes like Laurie dropping the knife by Michael and Michael putting the mask back on after Laurie takes it off, this was a sort of play between Laurie and Michael. The whole lame sister idea was never intended by Carpenter in 1978

@gonzomoya420 so instead of being her lover he trys killing her so if thats the case how would she know thats the case and why wouldn't michael tell her that? or would he i don't know but how did you find that out did they have it on a documentary cuase i would like to watch that actually. and how do you know he would be her lover how do you know her love for sex made him fell like she needed to die cause she was a skank?
