Sorry to hear about your cold and hurting your back bro that sucks. I just got over some crazy cold that took me out for a couple weeks as well but my back is holding up praise God. Glad you're coming back brother!!! I have missed you my friend and of course we will be there for ya big guy :D Let's Rock-n-Roll!!!

Hey, great to see back buddy! Go steady with your back, I injured mine really badly and it took about a year to get it 95% right. Don't rush into fitness until you've had it checked out. Hope you had a good Christmas - Happy belated new year! hehe x
