You told us your stories, we listened: the tools that first responders use are critical. Public Safety users tell us they need a small compact radio that they count on when lives are on the line. This means loud and clear audio and reliable communications.

The Motorola APX 6000 is designed with an ergonomic T-grip shape, compact size, internal GPS for location, and delivers Bluetooth capabilities (ideal for mission critical situations without the wires). All 3 models provide P25 phase II TDMA capability.
Brenda Herold and Bruce Claxton describe the benefits of this new small, but mighty two-way radio.

  • @mashardy No, they will find you and KILL you if you do, lol.

  • Can these be bought for private use?

  • It would have to be programed using the CPS software to turn it on.

The APX6000 is nice, hope it replaces the XTS series, but at a cheaper price.

  • Kinda looks like a Linc I work as a sheriff's deputy and I've got the HT1250 and I love it but I'd like to know how to turn the MDC-1200 on any help and I'd greatly appreciate it
