زمستان را سرآمد روزگاران
نواہا زندہ شد در شاخساران

گلان را رنگ و نم بخشد ہواہا
کہ می آید ز طرف جویباران

چراغ لالہ اندر دشت و صحرا
شود روشن تر از باد بہاران

دلم افسردہ تر در صحبت گل
گریزد این غزال از مرغزاران

دمی آسودہ با درد و غم خویش
دمی نالان چو جوی کوہساران

ز بیم اینکہ ذوقش کم نگردد
نگویم حال دل با رازداران

The days are ended
Of winter long;
The branches quiver
With living song.

The breeze in beauty
Arrays the rose
As from the river
It gently blows.

The tulips lantern
In desert bare
Is fanned to brightness,
By the spring air.

Sad, mid the roses,
My heart doth dwell,
Yea, from the meadow
Flees the gazelle;

A little cases
With grief and pain
Or like a bill-stream
Laments again.

Lest my hearts passion
May softer grow,
Not to the trusty
Ill tell my woe.

برادر عزیز توصیف۔ از تو خیلی متشکرم و الفاظ ندارم کہ شما را می ستائیم۔

When i recited the first Ghazal i never thougt i will see people like you,Fereshteh, thoughprovoked, sultana and others. This was the poem i loved all my life and you have translated it close to my heart desire. Afarin baradar, Afarain. My Love for Iqbal and his philosophy is endless but when i look at your passion and love for him i rethink about it.
