  • football players who run on treadmills are not good players...fucking its a scam kids...this is bullshit training.

  • why would you say that??? that treadmill takes off .2 on their 40 yd...much more then ground base training where you just sweat all day. training is about efficiency, not stereotypes

  • @dirtysa99 out of all that you only got the treadmill

  • Where's the power lifts?? squats? power cleans? I dont see why people pay for this kind of stuff anyways. Find a hill and a field use empty water bottles for cones, sticks for ladders, you dont need to pay to become a great athlete. If these kids were really that motivated to become better athletes theyd go on the computer and search for different sport specific exercises rather then spend 9 hours on facebook.... just saying

  • Not racist or anything, but white people always have an advantage! there is no other race there lol rich mofo's

  • @jay666owned If you had comprehension abilities you would be able to comprehend. Ignorance

  • @FitnessMinded what the fuck r u saying, for one thing this will help u anyway and if it doesnt what do u suggest will? and it doesnt get results? wtf is wrong with u....ok weights could help aswell but if u dnt knw what ur talking abt dnt speak...jeez...too many kids are lazy these days and i saw some friggin 13 year olds doin this...thats not easy no....

  • @MrRandomDude03 but football requires all kinda of training either way...receivers my ass....safteys, corners, running backs, can all do this drill, plus weights...everyone these days like to kick back and just play the games rather than train to win all the games, too lazy these days

  • @dirtysa99 sure thing man, you should be run up hills and outside alot!

  • This Training Looks intense But thats good that means they will be better players in the future

  • @I8thatB4 I do think that spending a lot of the time on the treadmill is bad for technique, as there's no air resistance which changes the feel of running, especially at high speeds, but I can see the value in using inclined treadmill running if you don't have any conveniently placed hills.

  • these kids look like they suck lol
