Delta Anti-Union Video

This video was produced by Delta airlines and ditributed to their flight attendants to dissuade them from joining the union to which other flight attendants belong. As the merger with Northwest airlines nears, Delta is expected to do even more to keep their employees from unionizing.

You don't see the irony in this? If it weren't for the unions NO ONE would be paying the union rate. So your employees are benefiting from the work of the union to fight for a better wage & they are getting a free ride - that is until the day you decide you can't or don't want to pay them the union rate.

@pete5668 The thing is, we have solved the bread problem and the only reason poverty and all this stress over survival exists is because we allow profit-driven organizations to make up pseudo-needs and to waste much human labor on pointless endeavors. We create poverty by believing in the inherent goodness of the market.

Collective ownership and management of the means of production is the only way to ensure that classes do not exist and that everyone has access to what humans have a right to.
