92 -98 ashcroft was the best front man in the land, if you want to see how far he's fallen since then go and watch the "born again" video, it's like watching some kind of bizzaro world ashcroft, a real shame.

@DylanEthanRide They were the Truth. Wish I could have seen this live. I really think The Verve was and still is so overlooked. They had a sound and mystique so original and captivating.

I wonder if the people had any idea what they were witnessing at the time how historic this band would become. One thing is clear, the Verve never sucked. They were locked and loaded from the beginning. This a classic performance. King Richard and his blue quest knights doing battle.
