Employees and supervisors see how and why professional union salesmen and some fellow employees try to trick or pressure them into signing union cards or petitions - how their signatures can cause the NLRB to order their company to negotiate a union contract, a contract that can result in unexpected and sometimes undesirable changes in employees' wages and benefits - how employees can find themselves members of a union, dues paying members - all without a chance to vote for or against the union.

Choose either a Caucasian or African-American principal character, select other specific union editions, CWA, UAW, IAM, SEIU, UFCW, UNITE, IBEW, CJA, IUOE, Teamsters or Steelworkers. Each provides facts and figures on that union. Or select the generic edition; use it as your basic union avoidance training program, before you're the target of a union drive. When you show employees and managers the dangers inherent in signing a union card, you discourage union authorization card signing.
