107: Limitatons on exclusive rights: Fair Use

I live in Australia and saw this unfold live around 1:30 in the morning. I said to my mate i hope someone got footage of the 1st plane hitting and next thing bang the 2nd one did. We were dumbfounded and next thing the Pentagon. He says now the worlds cameras are watching whats next a nuke or something. To think of the look on my mums face when i went to tell her at 8 in the morning,she thought i'd lost it, till she turned on the tv and just sat there watching all the replays in total shock
