May I quote the SF District Attorney's office explaining the policy toward naked yoga guy:

What exactly is acting like a cop? The cops are raking in overtime for events like these, so they don't care. It's a cake gig riding a motorcycle around and staring at boobs.

These cops aren't doing their jobs. That idiotic bearded lady freak should have been arrested. San Fransisco must be a town where you can't act like a cop. In any other city these actions would not be tolerated. The nudity not seen on this video at bay to breakers is ignored even though its against the law
