came across the track dilla sampled for one of the songs off donuts....spent a few minutes getting a few chops together and then just free styled with them for a lil bit. the effects took up most of my time on this video than did the beat. haha. this is for those of us who just love the dilla beats. enjoy and share with whoever. one

@SVLocksmith He Most Likely Did. I Know He Makes His Some Of His Drum Tracks With The 1200, Which is Why Their So Dope. I Mean, He Has A Bunch Of Different Equipment Just Laying Around He Can Beast On.

@o0EPITOME0o hahaha word, i just thought he used the 1200 cuz on the inside cover of madvillainy under the cd he's holding a 1200. i could definitely be wrong tho.

@SVLocksmith Ive Read Interviews Where Madlib Says He Used The 303, And 606 For Madvillainy. They Were Separate Interviews. I Think He Just Bullshits Sometimes.

@coler428 1200s are from e-mu not roland

what makes you think madlib would limit himself to one machine for a whole album, when he probably has every sampler from the sp series like 5 1200s and a shit load of other toys
