@Commando303X I didn't upload this vid, and I don't own an auto repair shop. I still can't understand why you think that refusing this customer service is OK, but asking for more money is unacceptable. If he rolls across town and gets the same work done with the same parts it's OK? Is the dealer a con artist, cheat, and disreputable? NO, he just thinks his work is worth more. How is this different?

@Commando303X Let's say you own a business. You have enough business to keep you happy and you get a guy that comes in and wastes your time arguing about every little thing. AND THEN, he wants to beat you up over the price.... why tell him to leave? Why not just give him a "f*ck you price" and see if he's stupid enough to go for it. The extra price is for the extra big pain in the ass this guy is. He can pay the price or walk away himself.
