You are certainly a good gamer, but you cheated at least 2 times with emulator savings :
First, at the money game, where you won 3 times +50 rupies. Second, at the level 9, where, normally, Link brands the Triforce above his head to pass.
If you cheated 2 times, you've certainly cheated a lot of others times, that's why you won so quickly.
Am I right ?

Ah, yes, I guess it is. But it doesn't look ULTRA-TSA, like some videos are. It doesn't look like they went over it frame by frame to optimize every 1/10th of a second.
