Arirang will no longer be in charge of votings, so all arirang accounts are of no use...Really sorry TAT

@sawkahhong I did not make this video, but I asked the author herself, and she told me that this was done using Adobe After Effects. Hope this helps! =)

@sawkahhong erm this is a tricky one... Adobe has a downloadable 30 day trial version which is free, of course.... but if you do some online google searches you will be able to er... find some er.... *coughcrackversioncough* of the software. Just be a little careful downloading and scan for viruses before unpacking files.
