Delete the program and install it again .if that dose not doing anything try to change the bios if nothing happen tryto download another V of nulldc if nothing happen try to download latest Direct X if nothing happen Try to Buy A new Graphic Card .Or My advice to get A new PC .(Nothing Happen lol)

Seems like you might be missing some files..not sure. I had a similar problem before. Of course, I know little about NullDC so yeah lol hell..I still need some help with mine currently because I'm stuck as second player and it scrolls like crazy on some screens >.>
