Our first fish pond (we installed it ourselves) and it was alot of work, but it turned out great as you can see.

  • @AMVMakr not really going to work, as with all ponds you see, the water would be really dirty. if you want to actually see anything, you'l need an electric filter.

  • you neeed a filter because fish need oxygen and a filter will rovide oxygen

  • you need a filter and if you do get a better one and buy some algae eaters like hifin sharks or plecotomosis, and you need a waterfall , this way to keep the water moving and no mosquitos to lay babies

  • it looks murky.. im also thinking of making a pond, but not for big fish such as koi. im trying to make it as natural as it can, ie no artificial filter. still in the process of perfecting the plan :P

  • look great, do you have koi in it? how big is it? how much water does it contains?
