The ghost of the corruption scandal at the water ministry has returned this time haunting tourism assistant minister Cecily Mbarire. The Kenya Anti Corruption Commission director PLO Lumumba has revealed how the assistant and her husband tirelessly tried to bribe the commission's officials and its director. Mbarire's husband is among those under investigations over the irregular procurement process in the water ministry.
This was the undoing of PIELO you dont expose somethings in public without using protocol of office ( toothless Dog just burck no biting)

Why try these cases in the press? Prosecute them in Court!
PLO is too publicity hungry to make any dent in the fight against corruption

I am surprised that Ngilu is still in the water ministry despite the rot she has conducted there.

This Lumumba dude comes across as a blithering fool. We 'almost" nailed them doesn't count for anything. By broadcasting your tactics, you just compromised any ongoing and/or future "investigations".
