Here's my latest video for Japanese students from my http://Keikaiwa.com site.

This is is trying to remedy the problem that always happens where you ask a student in Japan a question and they just go "eh?" and tilt their head to the side! Far too many teachers let students get away with this and needless to say in the real world it makes them look really stupid!

If you do want to blend in well and do the same thing in Japanese then you just say "ano.... etto..." like I do in the video. It will make you sound more fluent. But also just a little stupid! ;)
