Evan Feigenbaum speaks on China's relationship with Central Asia as part of the panel, China Goes Global, at Project 2049 and Council on Foreign Relations' conference, China 2025, on Oct. 19, 2009.

Dr. Evan Feigenbaum is senior fellow for East, Central, and South Asia at the Council on Foreign Relations. From 2001 to 2009, he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Central Asia and for India. His publications include China's Techno-Warriors: National Security and Strategic Competition from the Nuclear to the Information Age (Stanford University Press, 2003) and Change in Taiwan and Potential Adversity in the Strait (RAND, 1995).
