A short routine from Jillian Hessel's HomeBody Workout DVD, a new exercise video that is a fusion of dance, Yoga, and Pilates - no special equipment required! This excerpt is great for people whose muscles ache from spending too much time typing and text-messaging but can't get away to the gym. Give yours hands & arms a break from the mouse and keyboard and join in the fun with Jillian and Stephanie!

  • I want to know if anyone likes the idea of this piece? I have SO many clients with hand problems from texting and using the mouse at the computer. I thought it was a fun idea to design a short program to exercise the hands and arms. Take a short break to work out those stiff fingers, and let me know what YOU think!

  • What a fantastic idea! This helps so much! I'm on a computer 10 hours a day (and sometimes more!!!). This really brings energy back to my poor hands. It's so great that no equipment is needed and I can just do it at my desk. Thanks so much!

  • This really feels great - energizing and relaxing, really helps with those stiff wrists and fingers after hours at the computer. And it's fun too, I feel like I'm dancing!

  • Great idea - the perfect antidote to working on the computer all day!
