Jesus does say "turn the other cheek" but it's also mentioned "everything in moderation." Now to me that means you can only take so much before you have to make a defense. Just my interpretation of that whole bit.

Understand this most non followers of Jesus especially in such high position knows more about the bible that the average christian walking around with it closed under their arm pit. He is a part of the divine plan as laid out for us all in Revelations. He is a part of the Bablyon system. A lot of what's in the bible can be viewed as allergorical, historical, factual or corrupted... It is invariably misunderstood. i don't find fault w/ the bible, just the people who read it and people failing to understand it, become intolerant.

obama did the same thing & exhibited intolerance. But the difference is he is in a place of power; & it's not as if he can't understand the meaning of "the sermon on the mount"...he won't.
