Warrior man you're nuts. Performance athletes take up to 3-5min between sets to prevent secretion of growth hormone and allow for P-Creatine replenishment for quality sets. Some ppl desire to be as strong as possible with as little fluff as possible, not the other way around!

Rest more than 30 seconds? WTF. Some workouts require a rest of 3 minutes(the most) between sets in order to achieve results. I'm very strict about following a workout through completion but according to its right number of sets, reps and REST. I'm going to rest MORE than 30 seconds were its appropriate.
