Alexis' Meal Plan (February 25, 2010):
Early a.m. snack (296 calories):
1/4 tsp of honey, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 2 wheat crackers
1 cup of orange juice
Breakfast (336 calories):
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 cup of milk
1 egg
1 piece of whole grain toast
Snack (112 calories):
1 oz of light cheese
1/2 cup of grapes
Lunch (324 calories):
Chicken sandwich (with 2 oz of chicken, whole grain bread, no mayo, have mustard instead)
Half your plate is filled with salad
Afternoon Snack (120 calories):
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of snap peas & a little bit of dressing on there.
Dinner (469 calories):
4 oz of salmon
Veggies
1 cup of brown rice
Evening Snack (70 calories):
10 rice crackers
