The local residents, businesses and organizations considered upscale, are trying to put the Cabbagetown Restaurant out of business. The Ontario Coalition Against Poverty (OCAP) holds a movement to prevent this from happening.

i used to eat there when i was pregnant with my son they used to laugh cause i ordered a blt no t but seriously do you know how many drug deals went on in that place i knew the owners really well and it wasnt exactly the cleanest lol i still remember steve the guy who used to unofficially work there for free beers

lol yuppie colony??? HEY LISTEN UP.. I lived around the corner from that restaurant before it lost its liquer license, and it lost that for a good reason.. it WAS a hangout for hookers and drug pushers, and they also let alcohol go out the premises by the bottle and fights continually resulted because of that, smashed beer bottles I saw more than once in fights outside that restaurant, so don't give me this garbage about a kangaroo court. OCAP is full of crap saying this.

OCAP makes the statement that it was a kangeroo quart but they don't give much data to backup this claim!

We have to stop the drugs from being sold. Do you know what that stuff does to young people? Do you know how many young people die die from illegal drugs? Victor should be locked up for allowing drug on his premis.
