happy birthday jani lane r.i.p you had a voice that could never be replaced i wish god would have taken justin bieber insed of you all your fan, friends, and family you were a song writer (and wrote the best song) you played guiater too me and other you were smart and i bet you could do so much more miss you and i bet a alot of other people did too :(

He was NOT taken from us. He drank himself to death. I saw him in Sacramento in the early 90s, he was drunk out of his mind, he could not sing. Just the facts.

warrant just had raw talent alot of bands in that era were missing. jani could sing like his soul was on fire. the band had always been more harder and darker than the glam bands that were around. cherry pie the song was silly, then you heard this and blind faith, uncle toms cabin and were like, damn...this is almost blues like with rock. loved it. addiction is powerful and it hurts me that we lost him.
