When I got my Gen 4 Glock 19 it came with 3 mags. SO yeah its standard.

I've just ordered a Glock 21 gen 4. I'll pay it €520 = $693 here in Italy, I can't wait :D
I have a question. Do all gen 4 glocks come with 3 mags? The guy at the gun shop didn't know that.

I got 3 magazines with mine. It was more expensive than my Gen 3 with its 2 magazines, so I think 3 mags is standard for Gen 4 Glocks.

Trying to get a gen 4 glock in cali will cost you 580-650 also. They cannot even be sold here normally unless your Law enforcement. For a civilian to get it it must be moded for that single shot exemption thing. So stupid. I might just go with the gen 3 for 450.

@tapq Magazines... not clips...
only reason I have to say it is because in the academy they pounded it in our heads its a magazine. Every time we said clip it was 50 pushups.... yes ..my arms were jello

i was told that the gen 4 only came with 3 clips if your law enforcement. is this true

@fonsotrilla09 Nope. I'm not law enforcement, and mine came with 3 clips. So I guess it's standard.

@tapq I don't know how you got 3 magazines, but 3 magazines is not standard. I bought the LOE package and got 3 magazines. Maybe you just got lucky. The standard package only comes with 2.

@gnz080 I don't know. But after reading some of the comments on my video here, I realize that the deal I got was not standard. I think I paid a lot more than I should have had to pay, and maybe I'm missing a backstrap. Oh well. I'm still very happy with my Glock.

i'm a big fan of glock but honestly i'm not sold on the interchangeable backstraps how sturdy do they feel?

@esco61 The backstraps are very solid and feel like a part of the weapon when they're on. I like them.
