Fun with a rental car, would be, trying to spin the tire's while sitting still, drifting, racing, major off roading, not some ally way, in the middle of traffic hitting the starter while the car is running and annoying other drivers, just to name a few things, oh yea, disconnect the wires so the windows dont roll up, and return on a rainy day...

There is actually a setting in the menu to turn of the drop senser,so that it doesn't stop turning off at the bumps.

No Problem, I actually don't own the camcorder yet, but I am planning to buy one. How do you like your camera so far.

I've had it for 6+ months now and I'm absolutely loving it still. Just make sure you have a powerful computer to do video editing, and lots of space. Thats really the only downside. I'm up to 120GB of video since July 07 :) If you take a look at some of my other videos you'll find links to the HD version at stage6 if you want to see the quality in close to native form.

I was in Israel (near Tel Aviv) for two weeks for business.
And as for the camera, I love it, but yeah thats the only downside I've seen so far.
