Crab Killin Time 2

First Australian Christmas, asked to kill a crab for Christmas morning.
And this is supposedley the more humane way to kill them before you start lecturing.

Just open the back of the carapace, she has a nice gin there(slang in Australia for female crab), open the flap with a knife and insert the knife dead center into the crab through the soft center that is exposed. Kills the crab quickly without harming any meat. Perfect for cooking a crab.
