【part 1までのあらすじ】ニューデリーでネカフェを探していました。インド人が近寄ってきたので場所を聞くと、ツーリスト・オフィスに連れて行かれ、ツアーを組ませようとしてき­ましたが、きっぱり拒否。「俺はメイン・バザールに帰る」と言うと、彼はリクシャに乗り「俺も方面が一緒だから一緒に乗ろう」と私を左に乗せました。すると彼の友人が後か­ら私の左から乗ってきて、インド人ふたりで私を挟み込み、逃げられないようにしてきました。そこからリクシャ運転手もグルになり、インド人3人がかりで私から金を奪おうと­してきました。

【part 1とpart 2の間の展開】左側のインド人が「俺らに一人1000USドルずつ、合計3000USドルを払え」と言ってきました。それに対して私は、「払えない。そんな金は持ってない­」と返事。そこからの展開がpart 2が始まります。

【part 2の後】解決する前に動画を止めざるを得ませんでしたが、この後私も引かず、押し問答を重ねた揚句、最終的に「一人200Rs.（約400円）、合計600Rs.（約12­00円）」を払って逃がしてもらいました。3000USドルからずいぶん値切った（約13ドル。約99.6%ディスカウント）ことには満足していますが、正直ちょっとだけ­怖かったです。

[Before part 1] An Indian approached and asked me what I was looking for, and I told him I was looking for an internet cafe. He took me to a tourist office and tried to get me sign a tour, but I refused. Next he took me to a souvenir shop. I told him I will return to the Main Bazar (where I was originally walking) and go on my own. He got on a riksha and told me to take a ride together because he was going to the same place. He was on the right seat, and I was on the left seat. Just after I sat, another Indian came in from from the left of me. They were sandwiching me so that I could not escape. And actually the riksha driver a crony as well!

[What happened between part 1 and 2] The Indian on the left of me told me to pay them total USD 3,000, USD 1,000 each to the 3 Indians. I say I don't have that much money.

[After part 2] We had more and more quarrels after part 2, and the final concession was for me to pay them 600 Rs. total (200 Rs. each). 600 Rs. is about USD 13. They let me go after I pay 600 Rs. This was a big discount from USD 3,000 (approx 99.6% discount), but to be honest I was a bit frightened.

@reynoldroux Yeah, I wish I could have stopped the riksha and just ran away, but I couldn't. Because I was sandwiched from both sides so that I cannot escape, and what is worse, the driver was their friend as well. All I could do was to try my best to discount the amount that I had to pay. After 30 minutes of dispute, they finally agreed to let me go with 600 Rps. (200 Rps. for each of them)

一部の人達は変な理屈を通そうとしてくるので、こちらも理屈をこ­ねて挑みましょう。最初は上手くいかないですが、気を強くもって­交渉していけば、相手を納得させることが楽しくなってくると思い­ます。
