go to the pan and zoom tool, and press more options(i think)

How do you make rocket dock smaller?

I have many apps in mien and they are off the screen

you can go to rocketdock settings, then to the icon page(or something like that) Then reduce the size of the icons, you will be able to put more icons in it. If this doesn't solve te problem you could also just reduce the number of icons :)
