Dr. Rutledge's videos bug me because it seems that the psychological aspects of weight loss are completely ignored.
Weight loss surgery should never be taken lightly. I'm currently in the process of getting my Lap-Band, and the decision didn't come without serious thought. I'll also be seeing a nutritionist and a counselor to aid me in my journey.
