'85 Alfa Romeo GTV6 with 24v engine - first run

First start attempt of a 1995 Alfa 164 LS 24 valve engine transplanted into a 1985 GTV6.
The engine is running Gotech MFI Pro engine management system with wasted spark coil packs.
The engine just has headers fitted - no exhaust yet.

Hi michaeldhc, was the engine Head milled or refreshed...i mean the valve seats? The GoTech systems calibration, does this meter or pulse the fuel injection as well?

Much has changed in the 2 years since I shot this video - I will make a follow up video summer 2012. When I started the car, Gotech pulsed the injectors, fired the spark plugs etc. I found it hard to tune (for many reasons) so discarded Gotech and installed Megasquirt.
