You could do that, what I do is get the majority off with paper towels, then wash my face a couple times in the shower and it comes off pretty good.

But umm can real paint still work for it will it wash of your face if it is real paint for like houses and walls.

lol don't use house paint, use clown paint that is made for your face. You would probably get sick using house paint and need paint thinner to get it off, that would suck.
