This was a quick dunk that I did after starting the first day of my Hectic Hundreds Jump Program. This program is based on my Hectic Hundreds workout routines that I use to train my clients. My vertical leap at this time was about 41 inches, and at 5'10 I aim to get my vertical leap up to 50 Inches.
