It's not a mod. I read a text where they explain then Obama pay EA to put that on some game like NFS Carbon, Burnout Paradise and other.

NFS CARBON its not only one has weird random bill boards, Pro Street, Shift 1, Shift 2, possibly Hot Pursuit (2010) will show up reality random post like, Windows 7 phone, few candidates, Internet Explorer 9, Energizer, Fifa Soccer or other EA games adverticements, its too crazy to see!!

this is a mod because i have nfs carbon collector's edition and also i've played on the normal version and the IGN sign should be a Castrol Syntec , and the NFS Carbon was made in 2006

@RafEmo09 it's a bug or some sort of flaw in the directory that attracts all sorts of advertisements. I saw on a forum that someone had a Simpsons The Movie advertisement in the game
