chris rahardja - blue - is the man. hes quite possibly the best in NZ and he came 5th in the world last year at senior worlds for kata despite being onli 16!

I have also been doing karate for 5 years.
I won 2nd place in norway at my age. stupid judgement.... And I'm 13!
Some tips to get better:
If you got a trampoline, use it.
IMPORTANT! Whatever training you do, remember to breathe unless you want to get rigid/stiff!

not to bad, the guy in the red, he could have won it, but he was giving to many points away, u have to be able to read the other person and find out what they like in the first scrap when u both through punches and kicks at each other ...
